If it weren’t for my timed water bottles, I seriously doubt I’d get in the eight 8-ounce glasses of water prescribed by most doctors. In fact, I know I wouldn’t drink that much water simply based on my past performance.

I usually finish a full water container by 2 or 3 pm and then refill to get me to a full 64 ounces of water a day.
