When I was going through menopause, I suffered debilitating hot flashes at night – it didn’t help that I was sleeping with 3 dogs and a husband….

I prefer bamboo pajamas for a few different reasons. Most importantly to me is the wicking ability of the bamboo blend material. If I suffer a hot flash and night sweats during night, my bamboo pajamas wick away the sweat and keep me cool and dry. I also love that bamboo itself is an eco-friendly, renewable resource from the earth (I’m not a granola kind of gal but I try….).

Bamboo nightwear comes in a few different types such as pajamas, short nightgowns and longer nightgowns. I actually prefer the pajamas as I like to have the soft material separating my soon-to-be sweaty legs.
